THEORETICAL LECTURES
The programme includes 4 hours of individual study on a dedicated workbook, containing a detailed introduction to the methodology of mentoring, its models and tecniques, and a 2-hour theoretical seminar in which the learning material is presented by qualified experts and discussed with participants. CASE STUDY AND GROUP SUPERVISION
It is very important for mentors to be supported during their learning experience.
